Fairuz Liyana Binti Mohd Noor graduated from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia with a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) in 2012.

She did her pupillage at Messrs Eliz, Zain & Kadariah and was called to the Bar as an Advocates & Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya in 2013. She specializing in Conveyancing practice mainly in handling Sale & Purchase transaction and Property Financing.  She joined Leong & Co as a partner in 2022 and primarily handling various Sale & Purchase transaction including subsale as well as property financing with several Financier.

She also has brief experience in handling sale and purchase transaction upon issuance of Decree Nisi, Joint Settlement Agreement, Grant of Probate and Letter of Administration including Small Estate Distribution.
