Chloe graduated with a bachelor of laws (LLB) from University of Hertfordshire, UK in 2014. Upon return to Malaysia , she obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2015 and was admitted to the Malaysia bar in 2017 .

She then joined Kenny Tan & Co as a legal associate in 2018 . She remained in the firm until 2020. During her time with the firm , she has acquired various experiences in corporate matters including formation of companies, mergers & acquisition, sale and purchase of shares, due diligence exercises and others.

Thereafter she commenced work as a legal assistant at Kuah, Lim, Chin & Ooi. She has been involved in an extensive field of works including the following types of work:-

• supervising the conveyancing staff in real estate sale and purchase transactions.
• loan documentation for various banks and financial institutions.
• Organization and maintenance of an efficient filing system
• Provide efficient secretarial and administration support in all dealings with clients.

Subsequently she left and joined Messers Leong & Co as a Partner in December 2023 handling mainly conveyancing and financing related matters .
