Ming En graduated from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom with Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) in year 2013. She commenced her pupilage in November 2015 in Messrs Hisham Yoong KC Lim.

She was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitors of the High Court of Malaya on 23^rd September 2016. She was retained as Legal Associate and has had the opportunities to draft legal documents and agreements including but not limited to real estate sale and purchase agreement, sale of shares agreement, tenancy agreement and warehousing agreement. She also advised various financial institutions in relation to housing, personal and corporate loans for both conventional and Islamic financing.

She left the said firm and joined Messrs Amir Faezal Norzela  & Chong in July 2018. During her time in this firm, she had the opportunities to advise loan financing for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises including but not limited to trade facilities, refinance, working capital and restructuring loan.

In February 2021, she joined Messrs Leong & Co handling mainly conveyancing and financing related matters.
